Only for one person! Non smoking or smoking outdoors only. Parking in the courtyard available on request, costs 30 EUR Extra.
In the front house is a washing machine which can be used. Small ironing board and iron are in the apartment.
Electricity is paid by tenant directly.
A longer-term tenancy of 1-2 years is desired.
