Description of the rental property: Dream location!
We were pleasantly surprised when we visited this newly built semi-detached house. Despite the gloomy autumn fog the house is filled with light and offers a wonderful view at all floors. Each floor has its own, west-facing terrace. At the level of the living room and kitchen the garden terrace leads to a natural stone path with serpentine-like windings to the shore of the Main river; through the small garden door you reach the hiking- and biking path which leads towards Frankfurt or Mainz and Wiesbaden, steadily along the river.
Back in the house we are welcomed by the wood fire place with its warmth on fresh autumn days, and even on hot summer days it is pleasantly cool in the house.
In the winter all floors are heated with the under-floor heating. The double-glazed isolated floor-to-ceiling windows, even on the upper floors, keep the cold out and let the light in.

The new shopping center in Kelsterbach is only about 5 minutes away on foot; the S-Train station is not much further and takes approx. 7 minutes to the airport. To downtown Frankfurt or the Main Train Station the S-Train takes only about 15 minutes.
